The mandatory content of invoices includes the name and address of the purchaser of the product (Section 169(e) of Act CXXVIII of 2007 on Value Added Tax). The retention period for accounting documents is 8 years (Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting).

Personal data is processed only for specific purposes related to communication and the tasks within the scope of the business activities. Personal data are not used for purposes other than those for which they were originally collected, and are processed in accordance with the data protection principles set out in the Act on Informational Self-Determination and this notice, and are not transferred to third parties.

 Duration of Data Processing

Photos and personal data necessary for communication are stored until the customer requests deletion.

Data that must be managed in accordance with legal requirements are kept until the deadline prescribed by law.

 Disposition of Personal Data

If users have any questions or problems during the use of the data controller's services, they can contact the data controller through the methods provided on the website or through the contact information of the data controllers (phone, email, social media, etc.). We take appropriate measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or alteration, among other security measures. We keep a backup copy on our server.

In the case of photos produced on request, the photos are delivered to the customer. In such cases, the customer becomes the data controller and is responsible for the associated obligations.
